Shipping Information

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aten & Co. Designs.  All orders are custom made when you order it, and are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we'll be sure to let you know if that's the case.

Depending on the method of shipping you choose, please allow a few additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We currently offer the following shipping options, and your shopping cart will automatically reflect the shipping charges based on weight and size of your order.

USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Express 
In-Person Pickup (upon arrangement)

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Aten & Co. Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.


Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is handmade, we aren't able to accept returns, or offer refunds.  If, however, you ever receive a piece that isn't exactly what you expected - please let us know, we want to hear from you.
